Welcome to COOLQR. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the COOLQR mobile application ("App," "Service," or "Platform"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use COOLQR. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are under 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing a username (stage name). You are responsible for:
You may not use another person's account without permission or create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.
You retain ownership of the videos, descriptions, and other content you upload to COOLQR ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
You agree that your User Content will not:
We reserve the right to review, remove, or refuse to display any User Content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines. However, we are not obligated to monitor all content and do not assume liability for User Content.
Users can report content they believe violates these Terms using the in-app reporting feature. We will review reported content and take appropriate action.

COOLQR offers in-app purchases of virtual coins that can be used to publish video content. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Refund requests should be directed to Apple's App Store support, as all transactions are processed through Apple's payment system.
The App, including its design, features, graphics, and code, is owned by COOLQR and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us at support@coolqr.com with:
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your profile and content will be removed from the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you:
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

You use the App at your own risk. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that it will be compatible with all devices.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COOLQR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for:
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which COOLQR operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@coolqr.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 60 days.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and COOLQR regarding the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App with a new "Effective Date." Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
